I didn't start Valour Tribe because I had all the answers—I started it because I had questions that wouldn't leave me alone.
Before Valour Tribe, I wrestled with self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and the pressure to perform. I know what it's like to lead while feeling lost. I saw brilliant people shrink themselves to fit in. I wanted to build a space where they could expand.
